Biography

Victor Andzulis is Director of Instrumental Music at Olive Baptist Church and the Music Studios at Olive in Pensacola, FL. Previously, he served as Assistant Professor Music and Coordinator of Piano Studies at the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY. He holds the Master of Music in Collaborative Keyboard degree from the University of South Alabama where he studied with Dr. Robert Holm. He also holds a Master of Arts in Music (Graduate of Distinction) and a Bachelor of Arts in Church Music (magna cum laude) from Pensacola Christian College where he studied piano with Dr. Pitagoras Goncalves and Daisy de Luca Jaffe. He is recognized as a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music by the Music Teachers National Association.
He also holds the Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands. He has served on executive boards, committees, and leadership roles for the Music Teachers National Association, the Kentucky Music Teachers Association, the Fine Arts Association of Southeastern Kentucky, the Knoxville Music Teachers Association, and the Pensacola Music Teachers Association. Most recently, he served as Vice-President/President-Elect and Chamber Music/Collaborative Arts Chair for the Kentucky Music Teachers Association. He has also given recent presentations for the Kentucky Music Teachers Association, the Knoxville Music Teachers Association, the Pensacola Music Teachers Association, and the Blount County Keyboard Teachers Association.
He also maintains a very active performing schedule as both a soloist and collaborative pianist, frequently performing in concerts throughout the United States. Recent recitals and masterclasses have been given at Campbellsville University, Bryan College, Eastern Kentucky University, Butler University, University of South Alabama, and Northwest Florida State College.
Also an active violist, he is a member of the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra. He has also performed in the Gulf Coast and Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestras and in orchestras with the Pensacola Choral Society and the Pensacola Little Theatre. He studied violin, viola, and chamber music with Dr. Alberto Jaffe and viola with Brian Brown, and has performed in master classes for Maggie Snyder, Rudolf Haken, Hillary Herndon, Juliet White-Smith, and George Taylor.
He lives in Pensacola, FL with his wife, Megan Andzulis, and their children, Ethan and Evelyn.
